Maray – Albert Dock
Maray on the Royal Albert Dock is the most recent of Maray’s three restaurants in Liverpool to open. Serving a wide range of food inspired by the Middle East paired with divine wines and cocktails, you don’t want to miss out!
Running their restaurant sustainably is really important to everyone at Maray, two years ago they replaced their use of single-use plastic bottles for EauVation filtering systems, in 2018 they began working with the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and they have committed to improving how they source their produce and supporting their local community.
Further showing their passion for the environment and for ending poverty, Maray has partnered with the United Nations Environment backed initiative Carbon Free Dining.
As a Carbon Free Dining Certified restaurant, all of Maray’s diners on the Royal Albert Dock have the opportunity to plant a life-changing fruit tree in one of our worlds most deprived communities. These fruit trees provide food, shelter, education and the start of a sustainable economy to some of the poorest members of our population while counterbalancing the carbon produced from Maray’s incredible meals.
