Maray is a chain of three restaurants located in Bold St Basement Bar, Albert Dock, Bold Street and Allerton. Maray was born in the summer of 2014, and they serve a range of small dishes inspired by flavours of the Middle East – alongside amazing cocktails and wine. Their goal is to make people happy, and they endeavour to always deliver an exceptional experience for their guests.
Maray serve exciting seasonal menus that focus on sharing plates, as they draw inspiration from all over the globe. Their kitchen develops a brand new menu each season catered to showcase the best seasonal produce while demonstrating a diverse range of cooking techniques.
Maray are also passionate about knowing where their produce comes from – sustainability is at the forefront of their agenda when they choose their suppliers, and they are showing their passion for sustainability even more through their partnership with the United-Nations-Environment-backed initiative Carbon Free Dining.
As Carbon Free Dining Certified restaurants, Maray’s customers have the opportunity to plant a life-saving fruit tree in one of our planets third-world communities. This offers food, shelter, education and the start to an economy, all while counterbalancing the carbon produced from Maray’s exquisite dishes.
