Bursting with row upon row of oyster purification tanks, the shack’s oysters would be cleansed after maturing in the River Avon and oyster lovers would arrive in droves to buy their fresh molluscs, bringing with them a packed lunch, shucking their own oysters and tucking in with some crusty bread and a bottle of wine (or two).
Now The Oyster Shack offer the best seafood around, using the highest quality, and most sustainable ingredients.
As a Carbon Free Dining Certified partner, The Oyster Shack plants hundreds of trees each month, effectively offsetting the Carbon Footprint of the meals they serve. This is done by simply giving diners the opportunity of planting a single fruit tree with each bill.
